With the race I wanted to quickly officially officially being postponed now I’m looking for a new target.
The lanzarote HM would be great in December, both a flat course and nice temperature but not sure if even that will be on.
Should we scrapping all target races for the foreseeable and plan for 2021?

Chocolate RTD. 9-10 going to throw up.
Usually use powder berry for breakfast and lunch. Thought I’d try RTD whilst I wasn’t travelling for a while. Chocolate was a terrible idea I have never felt so sick/headache so quickly in a long long time stomach is doing cartwheels since 10am.
Not sure if its the change in sweetener or change to RTD But this is not good.

While I accept she has the authority to do that.
Is she going to foot the furlough bill when it ends in June? Is she going to foot the unemployment bill when businesses who can move south of the border to stay open?
I’d like to add I genuinely don’t want to go to Dufftown it’s a part of my job that’s a hangover from my last position it’s just the ridiculous nature that one part of a country is working while the other isn’t.
Also distilleries are still making whisky which is clearly nonessential. Some construction sites are still open. It’s all a fucking farce.

I completely lost desire about a week ago for running amongst other things. Redound it thankfully.
Today was going to be a HM test got three KM in and had to turn home all I will say is I have a new appreciation for speed walkers and I think I preffered when I couldn’t be bothered running.
Anyone got tips for restarting after dodgy stomach... should I pause the plan and start where I was when healthy?
