I could be up for this possibly, although I would probably have to do on 70 year old bike with tubular tyres as I'm not sure I could manage to ride my other fixed bike for 90 miles, the gearing's a little harsh I'd think.
could be. It's certainly not a combination of lugs/ fillet brazing you often see.
just came here to post them, but you beat me to it. I really like the 2nd one, the 30's clubman frame, but now is not the time for me to be buying things, sadly, as I've been hankering after a 30s frame for a while. Such is life...
I run a TA ring on my BSA double fluted cranks for that very reason-compared to the BSA ring it feels noticeably lighter (although that could be psychosomatic). I didn't like the look as much to start without I really rather like the simplicity of it now.
Nice. Great paint
Yellow graphics look good.
How much do people reckon for 2006 Chorus 10 speed mini group?- square taper crank (silver), silver rear mech and somewhat scuffed shifters (need new hoods ideally). Will be sold with Veloce front mech and Record square taper bottom bracket.
Upgrading to 11 speed in the near future, so need to shift the whole lot.
This has decided it for me, Argos may be pricey but I think they'll get my Carlton in summer when I get it re-chromed/repainted
Saw this too. Thankfully lack of money at the moment means I couldn't snap it up! (which would have caused me to be in trouble)
"...due to every other aspect of the bike looking so vile you fail to notice it..."
3 frames for 350 quid
strong use of modernist poetry.
odd design. I thought split seat tubes were usually to get a short wheelbase, but this doesn't achieve that at all.
I've seen something about this scam on tv last year I think, they basically park your car in a field/muddy bank on the side of the road or use it themselves whilst you are away. Proper scumbags
nice pub that
Both caps ordered. Lovely stuff. Thanks for the organising.
Very nice. I always liked the look of Resilion brakes. Apparently they're were pretty good stoppers for the time.
I can't see see a sale pic. Are you selling t as a full bike or frameset?
Could be up for this, as it look like I'll be in London again this Christmas
ok, fair enough. Cheers
marmite I guess. But yes, looks good on carbon frames generally
yup, never mind, will wait and see
probable hopeful 2nd dibs on this. I knew I shouldn't ask questions 1st!
Probably a silly question, but is this still updatable with new maps/ routes etc. (I know nothing about Garmin's). Also, is it likely to send me careering down a motorway if I don't tell it I want cycle routes only?
