@snottyotter @khalid how do you rate target composites? I've damaged my frame again, i've used carbon bike repair who were good, but are more expensive so was hoping for a good review for target

Thanks both - it's bonkers. I actually had a relatively good experience with the met when my handlebars/shifters were stripped and ended up on ebay. they claimed they actually brought the seller in for questioning but couldn't go further.
Any tips on how best to not go away? I've logged a complaint, and am trying to be a twitter-hero but haven't used twitter previously so assume a random no-tweet account doesn't get much traction..

Eurgh - obvs report it, if you haven't already, for the stats.
i found mine for sale by this guy when it happened to me: https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_trkparms=folent%3Akymus-24%7Cfolenttp%3A1&_trksid=p3542580.m47492.l71970&_ssn=kymus-24
police said they interviewed him under caution but took it no further.

i did this over the weekend - took a lot of filing of the hub but couldn't get the standard circlip on.
ended up filing the circlip too and that did the trick - although it's meant i took too much off the circlip so theres a bit of play in the casette.
needs to fix this - but so far the shifting works pretty well with a 3 speed sturmey archer shifter.
for ref - my frame (2009) takes an 18t
nice, thank you
