Yes it's new. I bought this brand new from Ebay, shipped from Japan. I put it down at my local bike shop and asked the mechanic to put it on my Brompton, along with other jobs. He told me a few hours later that it's too short for a Brompton, so it might have been fitted on once. Also you have a valid point about Wiggle/Evans, so lower the price to £40, still posting out for free to UK addresses.

Selling my Mavic Cosmic Carbone SR wheel sets. These are my nice day wheels and have not suffered one wet ride, they have been through about 650 miles and still in excellent condition. Selling due to lack of use and wanting to clean up some space. It comes with Shimano Ultegra 11 speed cassette (11-32t to suit a wide range of ride from speedy ride to steep climb). Continental Grandprix 4000 II tires and Continental lightweight inner tube on both wheels, these tyres have only been through 150 miles and pretty much like new. Also comes with original Mavic quick release and stickers.
