Hi all,

Mongoose bmx for sale, purchased new for £180, looking for £50

I purchased this a while back thinking I could get into bmx-ing, but it's really not for me. Has been used a couple of times but probably done less than 10 miles, and never actually been to a skate park.

There are a few scratches in the top tube, but nothing large. The chainring is warped slightly, and the saddle has a few rips in it as shown in the photos.

Trek 1.2 2010 compact, 58cm Large frame, see specs in the link below.
Looking for £450, but offers welcome.

I've had this bike for about 2000 (all summer) miles now and it's done me excellently, but it's time for an upgrade. Frame is unscratched, and everything works smoothly, has been kept inside and looked after well.
Chain and cassette have been recently replaced.

Quite a few of the components have been upgraded:
Wheels: Fulcrum racing 5 front and rear
Tyres: Panaracer Duro PT
Pedals: Shimano M520 SPDs (included)
Saddle: Selle Italia
Ritchey competition stem
Trek 9 function race computer

Definitely not, sometimes writing in code is the most easy to understand language.
I would probably be wanting more for the frame though.

Moving house and am in need of a little extra space, so selling off one of my single speeds.

Raleigh road frame: 57cm seat tube, 57cm top tube (c-c), Reynolds 531 tubing. Early 1980's I believe but hasn't had much use over it's life and is in excellent condition: A few scratches but no rust.
Miche Road Wheelset (700x23) (Brand new & Unused)
Vittoria puncture resistant tires (Brand new & Unused)
KMC Track chain and Sproket (Brand new & Unused)
Original Weinmann brake levers and brakes (Have been dismantled and restored, all new blocks, cables and housing)
NOS 3TTT status 1" track quill stem (Brand new & Unused)
BLB Aluminium 30cm Bullhorn Bars, 26.7mm diameter.
Condor Race gel saddle, stitched details.

Would love to sell the bike as a whole, but a split is posible. Just PM and ask!

Ok, i think i'm going to restart this thread with more 'realistic' figures-- thanks for the advice, this has been my first major rebuild of a bike, so it is all welcome and helpful

Your concerns have been heeded, I have dropped the price and included more info about the frame and bike...
FYI I was using Keo Look pedals on it... but thought it would be more sensible to sell with flats.

Well, I brought the wheelset for £120, handlebars and stem for £45 and the frame for £160... Plus all the other little bits that are needed, on top of a good number of hours working on it. All original components have been completely dissembled and reconstructed.
Frame dibs to Linuxpirates if splitting.
