The sound indicates current can flow from one probe to the other with very little resistance, whether this means the circuit is working or faulty depends on the circuit.

Tried with a multimeter for circuit continuity and I do not get a sound/0 on it. The same applies when I test the Luxos U output.

Fwiw this is a good thing, hearing the beep would suggest a path of v low resistance between the terminals - a fried component or other short circuit.

I like them. Slower on road than most gravel tyres but a little more grippy off-road. If I'm alone on a road ride on them I'm quite happy but the one time I went out with a group on them for about 100km it did become a struggle by the end (I was also really unfit so hard to say anything definitively).

I say it everywhere but I've loved my conti race kings. Worth looking for other fast xc-ish mtb tyres - vittoria mezcal is well regarded.

I've not been riding, at all, so it seemed like a good time to change things up: if it all goes wrong I'm not costing myself any riding.

Ha I was studying this trying to suss where it was, I thought it couldn't be there cos of the ledge, wasn't expecting it to be that deep. A pal was going to ride through when the ledge was still just visible but happily was warned off by a family coming from the other direction.

I've got all excited, filled a pi hut basket, realised I'd need to solder on the headers, got sad I don't have access to the lab anymore but am ordering anyway. uC, headers, cables and components, breadboard etc all for £25 is amazing value compared to arduino.

Might be a good time to start building up that home lab anyway? I'm hoping finishing my studies will free up some energy to do some own-time tinkering again.

They've put a buckboost supply on there, which is really cool - you can supply anything from 1.8V to 5.5V and the supply will knock it up/down to 3.3V regardless
