Basically the buyer need to pay tax - the seller need to package and ship it so for him nothing changes. Haven't done anything recently and only had experience with couriers that take care of paperwork, but when everything just started I had to deal only with tax. What a lovely bike :| Sad to see that someone is selling stuff like this... Had an older road bike with similar color scheme, so this thing reminded of it. If something will happen and you would split the frame with fork or without - I would be interested tbh.
