Using the £20 off £50 code for prime now you can get an GoPro Hero for £71 which is pretty cheap, (£95ish elesewhere). Will need a London address for delivery (which might be within the hour) and to install the app on a iphone/android phone to order
Seems it has the best quality for a budget camera and that gets the price down quite a bit. Only think i was worried about was the bulk sticking up on my head, anyone tried a helmet strap?

Cant afford a fit at the moment so brought book by Phil Burt and using video capture with Kinovea video analysis program. Need to redo in shorts and with a stand & camera rather than phone but looks like will be useful, was feeling 100% in this shot but looks like hamstrings arent flexible enough or saddle too low, going to see what happens when i raise it

mystery solved, turns out its both, and QR comes on the model I'm after which is nice
The rear wheel has been upgraded to a 142x12mm axle, which ties the back end together tightly. The drop-outs are convertible between the 142x12mm and standard 135x5mm quick release via removable inserts, so your old set of race or training wheels will still fit. That said, when set up for 135x5mm, the dropouts remain ‘closed’ so you need to completely remove the skewer before the wheel will come out—it’s a little inconvenient and no longer a ‘quick’ release.

Anyone got a recent superfly? Am trying to choose between the superfly 5 and x-caliber 9 (ride2work), frame seems definitely nicer on the superfly but no rack mounts, going to need a rack+panniers when I goto the TT on the IOM.
Looking at fitting the Tubus Adapter Set QR, the Superfly 5 does have a QR but with closed convert dropouts (135-5 spacing) which is confusing me (ive been away from mtbing since bar ends and gripshift)

Just reported a taxi to road safe that decided to punishment pass me twice down mile end road, made me think about getting a camera but from the wording on road safe they wouldn't accept video as evidence of a close pass?
Videos should not be edited in any way. They must not rely on a perception of distance such as a close pass as the apparent distance will vary according to the type camera and settings. There are other issues with video evidence, such as parallax error, which makes objects appear close together when they are seen in line. In general, evidence of provocation or disproportionate reaction will mean that no action is taken.
