i registered in june, have 5 posts on my counter. the problem is "you have no permission to view this page"

the problem with the bike is -
its a new fuji classic track, smallish one with 650c wheels.
it arrived from evans with a proper fixed rear hub.
she thought it will be flip-flop, allowing to be riding with a free-gear too, but its not.
it is possible to adapt this hub to be free-gear single speed one?
if is not, what are the options - rebuild the wheel with a new hub? (any affordable shop around leyton/hackney)?
get a new wheel (where?)

plus the big problem is that she has a day off tomorrow and want to try new bike.... aparently shes scared of riding fixed.
