Hi all, I am after a cheap fixie for leisure rides mainly and to see if I like riding fixed. I am 6' but like a lot of seat post showing. Nearly bought a create as liked the look ( cough cough) but found this forum in the nick of time........thanks. Prefer flat bars and colours either black or White but I guess they are easily changed. Budget ideally less than £175. Thanks.

I too was looking at the create's until i stumbled across this forum looking for reviews. From what i have read, stay away although they do look very nice to the untrained eye.

I am in the sameboat, what to try fixed wheel riding but have a very limited budget. Anyone fancy swapping a hardly used Hoffman BMX for a beater?

The rason why i dont want to spend alot is the same reason i have a hardly used BMX! Seemed a good idea at the time.

Hi, I have a Hoffman bmx that I bought on a whim. Only risen it (and fallen off it) a couple of times so it's in pretty good nick. Looking for £100. Been too lazy to get it on eBay. It's all black with the hoffman (skull) logos. Willing to post at cost.

Some friends and I got a stationary exercise bike from a skip and locked it up on some bike racks in the city centre in York. It was there for well over a year.

I too am after a beater to ride down to the local swimming pool and back to help build up my legs. Ideally black or white (although anything considered) and prefer flat bars. I am 5'11 but like my seat high. Would your bike suit? Could you post the price your after and any photo's if you have them if your still selling. I would however need it posting or get it collected by a courier as i live out of the area.
