Hi all,
Here wanting to spread the word about a DIY cycling zine that me and few pals have put together. The zine is not for profit, with all profits going back into the project, and towards paying contributors fairly.
Issue 0.1 is a love letter to the Peak District - https://cycleshorts.bigcartel.com/product/pilot
Issue 1, our latest issue, is a collection of voices reflecting on what cycling means to them -
https://cycleshorts.bigcartel.com/product/issue-1There are free digital versions to read here - https://cycleshorts.bigcartel.com/about
We're always very happy to hear from possible future contributors, so do get in touch if you fancy doing some collaboration or inputting, be this writing, illustration, photography...
Cheers, and all the best,
Andy

Eh up!
Purchased these shoes from Chain Reaction for £130 back in September '20, used half a dozen of times before winter (so they've never been muddy or wet), and due to a foot injury, it's time for them to go to a new home (and for me to continue the search of finding a comfortable cycling shoe sobs).
Size 46 / UK 11.
Pictures can be found here - let me know if you want to see any more photos
In general, they are in an excellent condition, with no scuffs on the shoes apart from very minor ones on the sole (see pictures). Tread on the bottom is as new. I can include SPD cleats if needed or I can remove before posting.
I'm based in Leeds, so feel free to collect if local, otherwise it's going to be £4.50 posted (using Hermes, I will check Royal Mail to see if cheaper)
Asking for £90
Cheers,
Andy

Currently building a Cotic X frame up (which has IS disc mounts - see here: https://www.cotic.co.uk/product/x). I know I need to get post-mount disc brakes but can someone advise which adapters I need to use for 160 rotors please? I am going round in circles. Thanks in advance

Hi,
@dj02 - for transparency, I wear 46 in Giro and Shimano.
Szing info is here: https://quoc.cc/collections/gravel-bike-shoes/products/quoc-gt-black
The sizing guide is pretty helpful.
I measured both my feet and went for 10.5 thinking 11 would be too big but I was wrong. My right foot is perfect in them but my left, the bigger by a few mm's, pinches and I know, when cycling in the summer, it would be pretty painful.
Hope that helps,
Andy

Hi there,
Before I put on Ebay, thought I'd put this on here, as this forum has been good to me in the past.
Got these shoes from their Kickstartr campaign but they don't fit me and like hell I'm paying £30 to return them for a different size. They are bloody lovely though!!
Black version, size 10.5 (run true to size, apart from in my case where I annoyingly have one foot bigger than the other), looking for £160, they currently retail at £183.
All details here: https://quoc.cc/collections/gravel-bike-shoes
Photos of the shoes here: https://share.icloud.com/photos/0fMzgTKICsniiZtU9_wXvopBQ
Shoes are based in Notts so will have to post (which I reckon will be around a fiver, I can confirm this though)
Any questions then feel free to PM me.
Cheers,
Andy

For sale is a Nottingham based Langdale Lightweight Super Sportive frame. AN6 alloy with carbon fork.
Treated me well over the years for both touring, commuting and even a bit of racing.
Lightweight, good handling – I will be sad to see this one go but room must be made for a new project.
Has a few scuffs (see pictures) but still in good condition for its age (purchased in 2009)
Looking for £100 ono please
Bike is based in Nottingham but I go to London on a regular basis so can meet at Victoria or St Pancras. Willing to ship at buyers own cost / organisation.

For sale: Steel Planet X Kaffenback Medium (Black) (5’8” to 5’11”)
Perfect for an all-rounder, tourer, commuter, audax, sportive etc
Purchased in Feb ’16 but only used for 3 or 4 months in the Spring / early Summer, as found that the frame was too small for me. It’s been sitting in the basement since so still like new, apart from a few scuffs here and there (tried to pick this out in the pictures below).
• SRAM Apex 10 groupset (11-32T)
• Avid BB7 disc brake
• WTB I19 wheelset
• Planet X GutterSnipe Folding Road Tyre 700 x 28cFull spec of bike in full is largely the same as the current version available online: http://www.planetx.co.uk/c/q/bikes/road-bikes/kaffenback
New cassette and chain added recently, and along with a full service, so all ready to go! Chain will be added before the sale
Can throw in a brand new Love Mud Mool (from Alpkit) pannier rack for extra £15 if needed.
Looking for £300 ono please
