Oh, as far as Campagnolo go, why Centaur and Record, when there's CHORUS.
i.e. trickle down Record.

I think Chorus is the best performance vs $$$ in a sealed ISO.
As far as the grease/syringe question, I believe it was Suntour that had something called "greaseguard" which may have had that.

But yeah, there were some hubs and BB that you could inject grease into.

Phil, White, Phil track hubs can be respaced up to 130mm too. They even make a kit for it :-P

Didn't read all the posts, but there are 1" to 1 1/8" quill converters.
One brand that made them was Profile.

For other hand positions, there's the H bar by Jones, made by Titec in non-Ti, but looks weird.
