After such a stalwart showing from the lads last night , how disappointing was it to find out minutes after the final whistle that Bilic was going to get the chop?
Such a short sighted decision.
I can't see why Allardyce wants the job. His wages will be high, we have no money to buy players and this team is already odds on to be relegated. -

The Millwall (and west ham?) booing of the knee is disappointing but predictable. All of the explanations (anti marxist, the knee is a futile gesture, ALM) are excuses for racism. There has been plenty of education around this whole issue for 6 months now. It's a choice that fragile so called patriots make.
Alas we live in a free country so punishing people for booing the knee is not only tactically wrong and counter productive but just plain wrong. -

it really is that simple. and Klopp was bleating again after the match at the weekend. Tv companies buy rights to televise games and give players and managers unbelievable wealth. What Klopp could have detailed was how much of his wages he was willing to give back in order to get better treatment.
I quite like the fact that BT have stitched him up with an early Saturday kick off after a Wednesday CL game. -

Thought the guy was doing a great job to bounce back from that 9-0 and to bring Southampton back up the table with good football. After the mauling Spurs gave them and the almost Liverpool-esque refusal to adjust their defending I'm starting to doubt him. Once was awful, twice is shameful. It seems the comedy defending of Chelsea let them off the hook and maybe defending is dead.

I think they were getting close to signing him when he chose dortmund. utd's biggest hurdle in any deal appears to be Ed Woodward
