I'm selling some bits on ebay if anyone's interested?

Partly right, eyebrows. Bikes used for road – tours, crits, etc must have a seat angle no greater than 73 degrees from the ground. However, track, TT and tri bikes are allowed geometries greater than this (normally 74-79 deg) but the nose of the seat MUST be 5cm behind the centre of the BB axle.
I used to race short distance TTs then entered a road race on the same bike. As it was a UCI controlled event, my (and everyone elses) bike was scrutinised before the race and I was automatically DNS'd because of my seat post angle. Gutted.

An update: the bike has finally been booked in to be built next Weds. If any potential buyer wants to specify anything, now's the time to make requests.
Chainwheels are (to the best of my ability) 53/42, rear sprockets 27-12, crank length 172.5. As I said, everything except the wheels are brand spanking new. That means, in retail terms, £1000 of groupset, £250 bars, £20 seat, £300 wheels and tyres (though these are used but great condition) meaning you get a brand new Cervelo P2k frame and carbon forks FOR FREE! You just need to be short enough to fit it.
I'd prefer £1600 as this, give or take a few pennies, is exactly what I paid for it but, to get some money back as quickly as possible I would be willing to make a loss – especially if I could sell it before the end of next week.
As I said at the top, an Australian friend of mine lost her job just after I committed to buy all of this stuff for her and I've just bought myself a P3. I am absolutely skint! I'm open to meaningful offers and you are very welcome to see it before you commit. I'll take some pics when it's built so you can see what an absolute beauty it is.
Cheers, Steve

Thanks for pointing this out trum.
I was counting on people having more cycling interests other than fixed/singles like myself, or would be able to help out a friend who may be looking for this type of quality bike.
You always have the option of using only one gear if you're interested. I recommend the 16th or 17th sprocket for a comparison.
Steve.

Hello Brian. Yes, this is my first post.
Thought I would advertise here (and on London Cycle Sport) rather than run the gauntlet of ebay. Though I may have no choice if there is no interest.
I'm gutted really. I'm tempted to sell my P3 instead and keep the P2 – it looks beautiful! Anyone interested in a P3 for £3k?

Hello, I have a brand new Cervélo P2k 51cm in metallic blue (2002 colour) for sale.
Although the frameset is from 2002 it has never been ridden and is effectively brand new. I bought it from a bankrupt Cervélo dealer in Austria for a Tri friend but she has since lost her job and can't afford to buy it. It includes the original aero seatpost, carbon fork and Cane Creek IS headset.
The groupset is full 2008 Shimano Dura Ace. I can't remember the chainwheel and sprocket sizes but will update this when I get home.
I have a Selle Italia XO Genuine Gel seat and Profile Design Carbon X aero bars.
The only used part of the bike is the wheelset, although they are in perfect condition. Bontrager RaceLite 650c wheels with Continental racing tyres.
I'm really disappointed to have to sell the bike but as I have paid for everything, expecting my friend to pay me back, I have to recoup my money. I will sell for what it has cost me: £1600. Sorry, but I can't afford to take offers below this.
At the moment it is in parts but I have already paid Cycle Surgery to build it so will get it made up and make sure you get a free first service.
Please ask any questions. Everything is brand new except for wheels and tyres.
Thanks, Steve.
Can't do it, sorry. Tried to ride without stabilisers today and it's not happening for me just yet. Good luck to those who go. Ring your bells in South End Green, I'll listen out for you.
