If you want to convert it to fixed you'll need a new rear hub, and by extension, probably a new rear wheel as I doubt those rims are worth much.
The best way to get one of those cheapo is to buy it on here, or even take a look at the bike jumble in Muswell Hill on Sat. I'll be there so let me know if you want to meet up.

Selling a pair of Endura Zyme 3/4 shorts in size small and with the camo print. I'm a 30" waist and these are too large for me, but should be fine for someone around 32". They've been in the cupboard a while but have only been worn a couple of times.
The velcro is coming away a little on the back pockets (see photo), which it did pretty much the first time I tried to open them. Apart from this the shorts are robustly designed and in great condition. I'm looking for £20 and pickup from Highgate or a good pub.

@tiswas - Not Long, the first caller they let through. He also suggested being killed by lories was evolution at work and should be encouraged, as well as banning cyclists. Deeply offensive, of course.
d0cA - Brave effort. I was impressed how you turned that around by pointing out that cycling is not dangerous and cornering JV with his "inconvenience" nonsense.

Not had experience with either of those, but +1 getting a climbers jacket. My Marmot windproof is very snug in all weather, packs up small and is good for the bike and climbing.
