Has anyone experienced any stiffness or problems when using the Miche Supertype Bottom Bracket?

I was using it with the Miche crankset (for nearly 5 months) and I've torqued it, greased it, reinstalled it a few times and the crankset doesn't spin as well as it should..

Any advice would be helpful!

Great lightweight Chromoly steel frame! It has chipped paint marks but no major dent marks or cracks.
