I had a pair of those lying around for a year or three and finally used them last month for some roughstuff in the Italian and French Alps. No flats in 40 mm Resist Nomad tyres. I used them with Velox rimtape instead of proprietary Foss rim tape. Felt very comfortable. Bike Components sell them too. I only learned of Turbolito when I was searching for Foss patches.
Forgive NDS fail.
Pls pm to not hijack thread.
Really no alu steerer? Got a nearly new Pro with straight forklegs.
What size? Black Ryde Andra 20 with machined sidewalls,36h in 650B any good?
I have got a pair of Andra 20 36 h, 18,5 mm internal/24,5 mm external width, black, machined sidewalls laying about, if still looking.
Ah, thanks. I think it is 100 spokes in a pack.
Nice, good price for the spokes too! CNC or somewhere else?
I went for a Eclat Phantom rim and compact Shimano Alfine dynamohub and had it built. Black (of course) Sapim spokes+nipples. Not seen any action though.
The new one.
Singlespeeding got me into mtb-ing. After getting married, selling the Singular (still regret it), being a dad and buying a house, I finally made some time to build another beauty. Getting it dirty in the Schwarzwald as of this weekend!
I have got a set of a new SRAM Apex crankset (10sp). Please PM if you're interested.
No problems. Got a Dmr derraillerhanger with the frameset though, and it takes wide 27,5" tyres... nudge nudge ;)
An 'answer' to my shipping costs-question:
I'll try to ad same small parts then. Have asked about the postage and will post the answer here when I get it. Postage of frame(set) used to be reasonable in the past (4 years ago?).
How many rims in a batch? 4/8/12 rims shipped to the Netherlands is 115GBP... I don't get it. I ship a frameset/disassembled bike tracked/traced/insured to UK for 18 GBP/20€.
Or Sanderson Life 853 in M, full XT Dual Control build, DT Swiss fork, Hope Hoops, Middleburn crankset, all new?
New Surly 1x1 frameset, canti/disc, grassgreen metallic in L of interest?
Ah thank you for reassuring me: I'm going to buy this piece of stylish kit!
I returned a PedalEd Saddle Packable Jacket the other week in size L and regrettably found the sleeves were quite short for me, body was roomy. Returning it was handled top notch. Was a very nice jacket.
Flevobike/Velove developed them (quick websearch: https://www.velove.se/#more-armadillo)
I saw this the other day in Maastricht (photo not mine). Nice!
Hi, I usually wear a size L. Does that mean I can wear an Endura size M? I'm 1m84 (6f1"-ish) 85 kg, jeans size 33-36, longish arms, wide shoulders.
Yeah, it is. Weird. I might get the fork as its the same a-c length as the 1x1 fork.
Love this so much! Such a shame my (nos) 1x1 doesn't have the attachment possibilities on it's fork.
