Lack of demand could also be down to the season. Heading into the depths of winter isn’t usually the time when people start looking forward to bike-packing adventures.
These will probably fly off the shelves in April-May.
Right now i’d take a hip-pouch, key-ring or even a BRP wallet if one was available.
Keep going Scott.

Purely because the micro cracks all over it seem to be getting worse. Hard to see from most angles, but at certain angles in bright sunlight the whole crystal is covered in small radial cracks. One bad knock could see them all joining up and the whole crystal falling out.
i'll try to get a pic to show what i mean.
I've had the watch since 2009 and they do seem to be getting worse. The crystal is at least 35 years old if replaced at service or 50 yrs old if original, and brittle i imagine.

Yes the minute hand is bent. Lume is also cracked in the hour hand.
I bought it from the original owner who had it serviced in Oslo in the mid eighties. Whoever serviced it also managed to mess up the caseback.
Most of the black dialed 7021's suffer from scabby dials due to a defect with the paint used. it doesn't bother me tbh.
Should probably just opt for a full movement service and get the hand straightened when doing the crystal.

Case looks nice and sharp.
If it was mine i’d just get a movement service and new plexi and pressure test.
I wouldn’t have the case polished or dial changed.
Russell Talerman charged 260 or so the last time i had a 5513 done with him.
Then i’d keep an eye out on eBay for a jubilee. Those old folded jubilees usually have lots of stretch. (Wear on the pins holding the links together.)
They can be rebuilt by a guy in HK so they are as-new , but never feel as solid as an oyster imho.
Nice original looking example.
What else does he have hidden away behind the skirtingboards?
