Any alternatives to openstreetmap.nl? It has said "Sorry, due to server problems only country maps are currently available." for a while and I'd like to download just a custom section of 'UK Routable Bicycle' not the whole country.
Yeah at first I thought he hit the weights over lockdown and decided to find Covid deniers for a quick 'chat' about the benefits of centre-ground politics.
I've yet to hear the arguments for, apart from by those involved.
Re. pubgate: Watching the first few seconds of that scuffle yesterday it looks Starmer is grappling with that guy which would have been hilarious.
People will disagree, but I'd say the next step is a sand blast and powdercoat. A flat colour would bring the frame up to date. I think by keeping the original paint job then the top catalogue picture looks way better because it is period correct with the gummies and traditional Brooks. Not to discount the work you have put in by the way.
Ouch, how did that happen?
Longest long run of the year today; 25ish miles / 3.5hrs on feet on pretty tired legs. Felt it toward the end. Think I'm gonna aim for another 50+ miler in a month or two.
180k to repair a gate?
Yeah, it's crazy the amount of stuff he used!
Might be worth you mentioning it in this thread too: https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/128002/?offset=10650#comment15939028
Unrelated, this Jay Petervary gear list vid was a fun watch.
Always found riding with a heavy backpack not the best (vs a rack) unless it was short distances. Maybe it is something you get used to though for touring?
If the vid is over 10 mins you can monetise it on YouTube.
Sounds like he was painstaking about it, for 16 years. However due to Covid it will now only drive him a few miles rather than the 30 it was designed to do. What use there is for it after I don't know.
@amey topeak pump? 🤔
16 years he spent redesigning it.
Thank you Kurai. I am sorry for offending your eyes :)
Laura Kuenssberg with another hard hitting piece: person accused of breaking lobbying rules doesn't think they were breaking lobbying rules. Best just to wrap it up folks.
Looks like this mess. 🤣
Yeah I don't know if I could just take them to a place that does alterations? Or would it be expensive? I did a hand sew job and because the stretchiness causes tension I reckon it needs a machine version doing. Maybe I'll have another go.
I've done a hatchet job :)
