Sugino 75 full carbon honeycomb core track disc wheel, 15t cog included.
The wheel is in used condition. There are some dings and scratches on it, as you can see on the pictures. Also some tubeglue on it but this can be removed easily.

that's definitely a nasy chunk.
I've never used it, i got it with a track frame I bought. I really have no idea why the previous owner treated it like this.
As you can see on the picture it looks like the previous owner used it with a brake, but I think it's a weird track of something else. It doesn't have a specific brake rime.
The wheel is used and old, but the expert will know the value
