Having a bit of a sort-out of parts I'm not going to use or have barely used. Seems daft keeping these things around.
I'm in Sheffield, but I'm happy to post (prices include postage) or meet people at the train station if they're regular commuters.
1) Thomson seat collar - SOLD
2) Thomson seat collar - SOLD

I've had this for a while now and it's frankly wasted on me.
It'll be going on eBay at the end of the week, but in the meantime, I thought I'd offer it up on here since I'm sure some of you are into the whole beatmaking thing.
The last one I saw on eBay went for £280 with the box and all the gubbins. I'm after £200 with free P&P in the UK for this one. There are a couple of scratches on the case, but nothing major. It comes with the power supply and 1gb SD card too.
SOLD!

I was in a similar position last year after moving into a new place. The previous tenant neglected their cat and the heat brought fleas out of the carpet in force (unfortunately onto our cat and us).
I did all the over the counter stuff, spent about the same as you, did the flea catchers and everything and it was doing nothing. I went with a local pest-control in the end who did the whole house for £90. He sprayed all the floors and we had to leave whatever powder it left down for a fortnight before we could clean/hoover, but it pretty much killed every single bug that had the misfortune to be in the house at the time. Utterly scorched-earth, and no problems since. He said to me that a lot of the over the counter ones act mostly as irritants to fleas rather than killing them, and they tend to develop a resistance after continued use anyway, so cutting straight to the professional stuff you need to be licensed to use is the way to go.
As for the cat; we brushed her and used a combination of one-spot fur treatment and anti-flea tablets (I can't remember the brand, sorry), and that certainly seemed to do the trick especially after the visit from the pest-control.
Also: obligatory cat picture.

Frameset is a 56cm square.
Includes seatpost, stem, flat bar, and two sets of forks (al and carbon).
I've used it for a year but it's been well looked after - I work in a bike shop up here in Sheffield so it's been taken apart/cleaned/serviced on the reg.
No chips in paint, just a couple of minor scratches in the lacquer that'll probably come out with some T-cut.
£220 + a tenner p&p.
I'm pretty sure these have been discontinued now(?), but it's a ridiculously good quality frame. Potential for a HHSB build (just sans Cinelli Mash badge).
