I sent technical drawing to the company and we negotiated all details. This drawing you can find attached to the first message of this thread. I'm 178 and designed it to my parameters. Also there are thread holes for cables, brakes and gears wiring, because I considered option to transform it to 3 speed hybrid

thinking to add an option of a hybrid

I have one which is fixed now (with horizontal dropouts) and with a carbon belt drive. It can be easily modified to single speed (if you buy rear free-wheel sprocket - rear hub now is flip-flop) or even hybrid, with internal gear hub. Frame has relevant threaded holes for cable holders
