I have some spare parts after recently upgrading my commuter in preparation for bad weather.
Tortec Velocity aluminium rear pannier rack. Good used condition, can't see any faults. Fixing bolts included. It's versatile and has been fitted to both my Mercian and Surly - FREE
SKS Chromoplastic 700c 35mm silver mudguards front and rear. Bolts / fittings included. Can handle up to 28mm tyres, I ran 30mm with no problem. Used, there is a crack in the blade on either side of the brake mount bracket, this does not effect their integrity once they're fitted to the frame - FREE
Would like both these gone asap as don't want to throw them away.

A friend is getting into road cycling, but their budget is too low for anything flashy. So far have built up a freshly repainted Colnago Extreme C with a SRAM Force 10 speed groupset.
Just looking for a set of solid starter wheels. Anything with the following:
- 10/11 speed Shimano freehub
- rim brake with good life left in the brake tracks
- no particular colour preference, but I guess black is most likely to come around
- not aero
- clincher
- bonus spare tyres would be ideal too
