Hi all
I'm new to this site and hope there is the expertise out there to help me make decision. I have used a 53cm frame charge plug for my daily commute for years now, ultimately the frame is now damaged, i need to replace it, not sure I want a charge frame again as I fancy something lighter. Does anyone have a suggestion? I was thinking. On one pompino, dolan lee cursa, fuji feather, langster, and I've just seen this black market NFS which looks interesting http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mobile/MobileModels.aspx?ModelID=58122

I realise this thread is all about the pompino but does anyone have any advice for le im looking for a replacement frame for my broken framed charge plug? I want something light, for a simple daily commute across London. I'm looking at the pompino, brick lane bikes track frame, langster or maybe a dolan? I'm not at all technical so all i really want is something Robust and reliable that is going to be easy for me to transfer across all of my components on the charge
Any advice would be very welcome

Am considering getting a pompino frame to replace damaged charge plug, and transferring components across, I'm 5ft 8, the charge is a small 53cm, can anyone confirm what size pompino I should go for?

Sadly I think you are right, I'm 5ft 8 so this may be too big, which is a shame as I am very keen

Hi I'm afraid I don't get half the terminology or in jokes on this site but assuming this is a genuine sale, I'm interested, I have an a very early model charge plug 53cm, with a damaged frame, would anyone know of the pompino in this size would be a suitable replacement to transfer across the components of my charge.
