Here are some white roads of winter gravel in Latvia. Really enjoy riding those. Suitable riding conditions are not that common tho on these unpaved roads. When it starts to melt or rain these turn into ice rinks and also fresh unplowed snow is more core training than cycling unless fatbike. But when it is right, winter wonderland.

For winter with actual snow a winter bike needs to have mudguards at least 15-20 mil from the tire. Otherwise it just packs with snow and you get snow-sprayed feet and bike packed in snow in no time at all. 😅 Looks mjeh and in wet not most effective use of mudguards, but works. Nearly every bike posted here is a wet weather bike. 🤷
But nice to see your bikes, makes me want to take mine for a ride. -
Vittoria Terreno Wet would be overkill and too slow for anything but slick mud in cross course. I had them on my second set of wheels racing cross. This winter I ride Mix as my winter tire. Cross season got canceled here in Baltics and had them on second set of wheels. Gave it a try. Mix is good on road rides, great in snow and also quite good on chunky/snow packed ice too. On pure ice only studs and moving just forward works. 😀 Previous couple of winters I rode on X ones (regulars, not bites) and G one allround, conti cx speed. Also fine.

'Carbon cutting guy' on youtube threw cannondale design plug far away in his video. It was not even lightweight one. I can not see how they are any good or supportive for a carbon steerer of regardless manufacturer. Replaced mine with longest, most supportive I could find on german online sites after beeing sick of retightening headset on my supersix any 5 rides or so.

Friend of mine has studded tyres. They actually slide more on anything less then pure, hard ice but then it is more manegable to ride on that, true. When it is semi melted with water on top, nothing works just avoid. 😄 I find these G One allround to be quite ok as winter tire, lower presures, latex tubes. Works for majority of conditions.
