1. Centaur 10 speed front mech. Black. Band on 31.8, with shim to fit 30mm too. £5

3. Centaur 10 speed power torque chainset (175mm), bearings and english threaded 68 BB cups. Bearings not too bad but probably worth replacing before fitting. Chainset has shoe scuffs from use but loads of life left in chainrings. £40
   
   

Used: not working

1. Centaur 10 speed shifters. Left hand shifter works well. Right hand not working correctly. It shifts up the cassette fine, but the thumb button dumps the whole cassette. Quick google suggests it may just need a new G spring for a tenner, but I couldn't be sure. £25
   
   

The shifters and brakes would make a lovely SS / fixed drop bar brake set up....

Hey all - reviving this thread as looking to sell this again. Ended up deciding to keep this a year ago but now in need of a Brompton hence sale...

Please read description below as there are changes to original from last year.

Currently built up as a super commuter with Schwalbe Big Apple tyres and mudguards. As a city bike it’s a really fun, smooth and fast ride. I've added a Sturmey Archer S2C Kick Shift rear hub built on to Halo Vapour rim. SS Surly wheel / White Industries set up also available.

Size is XL. I’m 6’4 and it fits me well. Would suit anyone 6’1 and above I’d say. I removed the decals to make it less attractive to thieves. You can get new ones for £16 if you want to run with decals.

I've really enjoyed the Sturmey wheel - a bit different - maintenance free 2 speed with coaster brake. You kick back to change gear, push back to brake. Sounds odd but you quickly get used to it.

Condition is used. Marks / scratches on the frame and a tiny bit of surface rust from cable rub, but no dents. Purely cosmetic. BB, chain, sprocket and chainring replaced about 150 miles ago.

I can get proof of purchase from the shop I bought it from if required.

Avid BB7 mechanical MTB disc brakes with rotors, levers, cables inner and outer, and brand new pads fitted in front, rear pads have life left + boxed spare pads. Missing red cap from the side of one calliper. Does not include mounts or bolts to attach to frame. £30

Brooks Conquest saddle. I can’t get this to fit into a normal modern seatpost, the rails are a touch too wide. Either the rails have splayed over years of sitting in the garage, or older seatposts had greater tolerances / different standards.
If you have the means, you might be able to flex the rails back in a little. Otherwise new sprung rails are £17.99 online. £40

iPhone 8 64gb. Absolutely destroyed, you can literally see through the phone. Cracked screen. But unbelievably everything works, even the front camera (although a little fuzzy). It’s an absolute trooper. £60

Wide shoulder strap makes it comfy to ride with, and waist strap stops it swinging around. Laptop pouch is removable if you don't need it.

Used - see photos. Some colour fade on creases. Only real issue is leather straps have curled. Might be a way to straighten them if it bothers you, or you can get replacements from Carradice.
