Hello dashi, the green is powder-coat, it cost me 36 quid but i painted the cream stripe, it seemed to need something else to break the green up and tie the tyres in to the frame.

Hello all, first post on here, just getting into F/SS and also building so i combined the two things. Comments and opinions would be welcome. I started looking for inspiration and found a pic of a Pashley Guv 'nor and i'm sure anyone familiar with that bike will see the similarities.

Anyway, i started with this.

And turned it into this.

Difficult to give advice without seeing the bike but if there's any doubt it needs looking at by someone who knows about bikes, no offence but that doesn't seem like you. I say take it to the LBS.

Sure, airbags for bikes, why not. Looks expensive to me tho and i don't agree that there is such a huge need or desire for it, i've never had the problem with conventional helmets that they suggest, mine have always been light and comfortable.

Boris is marmite but compared to the alternatives he ain't so bad, most politicians are dangerous and vile, at least Boris seems mostly harmless and occasionally entertaining.
