hey i,m selling these as i have bought new wheels and have changed my bike to a single speed and need some money, so thought i would sell these. they're not to old and haven't done much milage and run like they did when they were new. the price is £22 for a single or £40 for both, i can meet you at any north tube station for cash on collection.

hey, I'm in colchester, maybe up for a ride some time but january isn't a great time. cycled from colchester to plymouth in summer in 5 days which was fun, but never again on a single speed.

i,m not gunna lie but the cycle routes along the side of the A3 are rubbish! they have so many potholes and loads of pedals and thorns you have to go at like 3 miles an hour. there is a really nice b road from haslemere through liphook past liss and into petersfield.

yer i did it about 2 weeks ago. i cycled from Ipswich to Plymouth in 6 days with one rest day. it was a hell of a long way and the A3 from Guildford onward is miserable! especially in the rain i stayed the night at hazlemere and then went onto Bournemouth the next day and after that exeter then thurlstone and finally Plymouth.single speed for 6 days is a silly idea and the south downs are a bitch, although some of the views and the senses of achievement were amazing!

Hey i have just changed my 8 speed Bianchi to a single spped but i am using the rear derailer as a chain tensioner. i was wondering should i get a chain tensioner instead to lose weight and for it to look better or to stick with the working derailer just in case the tensioners are a rubbish idea; and then if i go for a chain tensioner has anyone got any suggestions which one?
