I’m putting my older Belgian made Diamant bike for sale.
It’s a 2*6speed roadbike made of Colombus tubing and comes with what I thought to be a complete Record groupset.
But after some more research, I’ve come to the likely conclusion that some parts have been changed in the history of this bike, or that the bike was just built with different era parts.
As it’s hard to tell what exact type of Colombus tubing this is, my guess is that it’s definitely high end given the high end parts mounted on the frame.

As for the rest the frame has campagnolo dropouts and the original brakepads with original rubbers are still mounted.

Where I would put some new bartape and get wrid of that computer, I found this one to add some flair. SOLD

The white one is 58 c-c, email on the blue one sent 57 c-c. And have 2 other ones that will have to go too soon, zerouno tubing one green and one yellow both 57,5 c-c. If somebody else is looking, hit me with a pm.

Epic late reply, price is 650£'s for the full bike. With the complete wheelset now, bought an other mathcing front wheel. I'll also provide some new bartape and maybe a rolls or turbo saddle.

Lovely bike! Try taking some shots outside in the daylight with maybe a proper slr? Have a look on the forum how other members advertise their bikes. Pro pictures are not needed, but for that price i recon people would like to have a clear idea on the bike.

58 merckx c-c Frame only, but you can build it with a cheaper gruppo. And build it up with something nice lateron. Might have some gruppo's still

Considering I really love to ride this bike, like Chris said before it's really responsive and the looks of the bike, i'm not really wanting to drop. On other fora less pretty ones sell for 450€. But, feel free to make me an offer. Can never do any harm with that ;-)

It's a nice bike, had 2 superias and did like them a lot. But what is beeing said here is true, these do go for cheap in belgium. Except if it's a good one with nice tubing and parts.
If you want to sell, put some effort, new gear and breakcables, get a new saddle instead of that monster, new matching bartape, and polish and clean the bike up. Make it shine again, imo then you can ask for a surplus (wich doesn't mean you'll get it).
