i have a similar problem with a similar Reynolds 531 frame (this is a 1970's Le Jeune). No frontal impacts but the frame is bent - about 10mm out of true. I'm hoping to find a bike shop in London that could just cold-press it slightly back into alignment (some shops refuse to do this). Could someone explain who "Ted at 14" is, or make another suggestion? Thanks, B

I'm not sure I can help, but I have the exact same Campa Record hi-flange hubs, attached to AVA rims with (very old) tubular tyres. I used these wheels years ago and they were great, but they need repair (not just truing, they need re-spoking). Can anyone recommend a bike shop that understands this kind of work? Thanks, B
a lot of people really like Brooks, but I've only seen the really old-school ones with visible springs, etc - the kind you'd use on on a 3-speed bike. Does anybody know about Brooks for racing bikes? Thanks, B
