Hi! I'm a player from Barcelona and I need other 2 players to fit a team to play the preliminaries and try to get any tournament slot having fun.
I´m ofensive and speedy and would be nice to get a mix team. I will be in Berlin on 10th August, to practice or whatever. I'd just register a team called PoloJam as an improvisate team.
Any lost player interested?
nice sergio, i was just about to post something about you needing a team...
Woody, Ste, I can recommend this guy as a teammate!

Cool. It looks like the cogs are in for this angie. If there is any accomadation going spare we would greatly appreciate it.
Massive!
Just started checking on people´s spare couches and mattresses today (thanks to the internet fairy there are spreadsheets and surveys for any occasion with any variables you can imagine).
I´ll try to accommodate all visitors team-wise, if possible, or at least in the same neighbourhood. Can´t wait!

The more I think about it I'm gonna get the train to paris then get the sleeper train to munich for a journey..
i don´t care how you guys get here, just GET HERE!!! ;)
no, seriously, bike transportation is an issue. on the way to the amsterdam tournament anja´s and my bike bag were ripped open on arrival at schiphol (not that fancy bike bag i had in london but a smaller one for less baggage, makes lesson learned #1). all our stuff was nicely piled on the ripped bag and put on the baggage belt. the airline (it was klm) took the damage report but didn´t give refund for the bags on-site. on the way back each of us bought a klm bike box, hoping it would be treated with more respect (and of course hoping to use the box for future travels), but no (lesson learned #2)...upon arrival in munich both boxes were open ! wtf??? we left them at the airport and took with us only our emotional scars from bike damage, loss and lack of respect for other people´s belongings...
still i think the best solution is to go to your local bike shop and get a bike box, cut it exactly to the size of your disassembled bike (or use a children´s bike box instead). The box should ideally be about or smaller than the maximum baggage size of the airline. check the airline restrictions and then check it in as something fragile or sports equipment, whichever is cheaper.
gormley´s right, maybe the train is a more relaxed alternative. and eco-friendly as well... ;)
Hope you guys can make it, see you around!

Hi all,
as I´ve already mentioned to some of you, Munich is inviting you to hang around and play polo before and after the Worlds.
You can find more information here as well was a form with a few questions, please fill it in if you´re coming so we can arrange housing and check offers for a bus to and from Berlin.Hope to see you over here!

Hello London!
I just wanted to make sure you all know that Berlin is hosting two tournaments this summer.
Check the webpage: http://www.berlin-bikepolo.de/bpi-2014/
I know it's very close to London Open and you'll probably all be very busy but it would be great to see some of you there.
I'm also missing all the gorgeous British polo ladies on the list for Mallet Dolorosa. So come on over!
Registration is still open.
3,2,1,
Angie
