I'm moving to flat without a garden so have to sell a lot of my bike miscellany. I had planned to overhauls everything ready for sale but time is against me so everything sold as is but at low prices for a quick sale. For sale are:
GONE TO EBAY 1) 700c Wheelset. Shimano Ultegra hubs laced to Rigida Sputnik rims. Super strong touring wheelset built by Spa cycles. Comes with Schwalbe Marathon tyres still with plenty of life left in them and a singlespeed conversion kit on the rear. Front hub needs a bit of an overhaul hence £80 for the pair. PRICE DROP £60 the pair.
SOLD 2) 26" Wheelset. BeOne Disc hubs laced to Alexrims Ace-17s. Both hubs probably need at the least overhauling with some new grease and perhaps bearings, but in general are in good order. Tyres are not in good nick but might have a few miles left in them if they're going on a beater. Now free to collector.
SOLD 3) 700c Wheelset. Formula hubs (rear flip flop) laced to Rigida Flyer hubs. With Vittoria Rubino Pro tyres in very good condition and a singlespeed freewheel on the rear. Front wheel in good condition, rear wheel needs truing and a few spokes replacing after a chain drop, also requires a new rim tape. Replacement spokes of the right size supplied with the wheel. A bargain for somebody who can repair the rear at £50 for the pair.
GONE TO EBAY 4) Cycleops Fluid 2 Turbo Trainer. Used over this winter, can't take it to the new flat as I'm not allowed to use it inside. Good resistance. Comes with steel quick release skewer. £100.
SOLD 5) Pragmasis Torc ground anchor with chain and padlock. Good sturdy ground anchor with chain and padlock. A bit scuffed as it was really hard work getting it out of the wall. If you put it into concrete it's essentially permanent. Supplied with concrete fixing kit, other fixing kits (like the wall kit) and fitting instructions can be found at pragmasis website. Cost £150 new, will accept £60.
http://securityforbikes.com/torc-ground-anchor.phpSOLD 6) Park Tools TS8 Wheel truing stand. I no longer have time to maintain my own wheels so this is for sale. Great for sorting little true problems and building the occasional wheel. £35.
SOLD 7) Elite Spindoctor Essential Bike Workstand. A useful workstand for getting a bike up to tinker with brakes and gears etc. No longer have time to do my own maintenance so away it goes! £35.
ONE SADDLE AND SILVER REAR CARRIER GONE 8) 2xRido Saddles and 2x Miscellaneous rear carriers. Free to collectors.
Collection only from North East London, N8 Turnpike Lane.

SOLD
For sale is an Elswick steel frame and forks with everything you see in the pictures. Not sure if it's reynolds steel or not but I think most if not all of them were. It has quite nice lugs and it's of the right era so could be.
Frame is 56cm downtube centre to centre, 57cm top tube centre to centre. Forks are not original and the paintjob on them is a bit worse for wear, but other than that a solid frame. Complete with:
Tektro R559 brakes
Stronglight Track 2000 Crankset
BBB Seatpost
Charge Spoon Saddle
White Raceblades
Shimano single sided SPD pedals (need some TLC)
Shimano Deore brake levers
Ergon GC2 bar ends
Fairly generic stem and barsIt made a great singlespeed runaround but I need to sell it as I'm moving to flat that only has space for one bike.

Looking for any old bicycle for a friend (they're 5ft 10 so something of roughly that size would be good). Doesn't matter what it is or how old, how crap, anything, as long as it can be brought back to a rideable state (by me) then I'll happily give you some readies. Gears/No gears, either or.
Cheap as possible is obviously the aim here as I'll be gifting it to them as their last one was stolen (which I was a bit sad about as I'd built that one for them too). Still, it'll learn him to leave a fairly nice little bike poorly locked overnight IN PRAGUE. Dopey.
Anyhoo, I'm prattling. It's a longshot, but if anyone has anything suitable then let me know.
Ta
Rick

My mistake on the 26" wheelset, my short-sightedness had me thinking these were Shimano Deore hubs, but actually on closer inspection they are BeOne hubs, which I've never heard of, so these wheels are now free to anyone who wants to collect them.
