Is it a regular cog outside the GCD-"cog"?

yes it is a regular cog on the outside...the GCD belt cog is made to fit on a shimano 9 speed freehub....in order to loosen the freehub to remove the cog i needed something i could attach a chain whip to....so i need the regular cog on there until i can make a 'belt whip'
