I doubt it. Depending on what it's made of, you might be able to bleach it then dye it, but I can't imagine it would come out well.
I found this but it's out of stock:

Hey folks, as the title says, I'm looking for a cool looking retro mountain bike.
Ideally looking to spend around £50, but would go up to £100 for the right bike.
Something that would look cool with some big nobbly gumwalls and a neon yellow fork.
Show me what you've got :)
I can part exchange my fixed/free 25" oval-tubed raleigh (which i value at around £150):

Thanks!

Hey folks.
I'm looking to swap my raleigh for something else, maybe a MTB, show me what you've got :)
pics:

It's a 25" Raleigh with "Aerospace Contour" Oval tubing.
-Custom Cranks
-Wellgo V8 Pedals
-Unbranded 90mm clincher wheelset with freewheel and cog&lockring
-Specialized Toupe saddle (cracked but usable)
-etc etc, any questions please askI know forum rules say I need to put a price up, so call it £150, though I'd rather just swap for something.
I can meet in London easily or Tonbridge, Kent
Thanks, Felix

I could potentially print one, but I'm not sure how flexible it would be. It needs a flat bit to clamp, so I don't know if a cut down one would fit..
