Don't worry I'm not going to run off with your bike Velo Libre!!!!. My name is Paul Vincent and for my sins I became tech editor of Cycling Plus tech editor for a number of years (about 12 actually). I'm based in Bristol and there will be a 2 week turnaround. I've not started conversions yet as I'm still testing the water before I commit to public liability insurance and a quantity of custom designed dropouts, but have had a practise on converting quite a number of my old frames. I'm geared up for converting road and Mtb frames with vertical/semi-vertical ends to horizontal track ends for £70 plus postage. is there anybody out there who wants this done?. Can Tig weld or braze according to preference.

Very rare in the colours of Saeco/cannondale squad as used by Mario 'supermario' Chippolini. 12cm in length. Compatible only with 1" threadless fork steerers and standard handlebar diameters (26.0mm or thereabouts). £30 + £2.50 P+P or collect S Gloucester area.

http://Cinelli Alter stem 12cm length. As used by Mario Chippolini in his days with Saeco/Cannondale. Suitable for 1" steerer tubes and std 26.0mm handlebars. Very hard to find in these colours. £30 + £2.50 postage. Cheque or Paypal.

Rare and ultra lightweight Universal Super 68 callipers. These are suitable for frames with through-holes in the fork crown and rear brake bridge (not allen key fitting). 68mm maximum reach (measured from the centre bolt to the middle of the wheel rim), so these are suitable for bikes with mudguard clearance and older bikes that have a longer reach than a 'modern' frame. 'Universal' and Super 68' is picked out in Blue and these brakes are shiny and unused. Weight is 223g per pair so one of the very lightest brakes made. £30 + £3.50 postage. email me for pics.

This is my 24" Bates Vegrandis. A modern day version of the classic 'cigar tube' Reynolds 531 tubed frame made by Ron Cooper in 1996. The gear is a Sturmey Archer 3 speed fixed-called the ASC ('c' for close ratio).

I have a barely used Corrado track frame in the size you are looking for - it's made from Columbus Zona tubing (TIG welded). 57cm top tube, and a seat tube dimension of 59cm centre to top. Diamond shaped down tube and painted in silver and sky blue. Do you want pics ?

Me and a mate once had our bikes stolen while attending a rave. my mate knew who it was and after speaking to a few mates got his bike returned within half an hour ( a rather nice Battaglin), but mine never materialised. Thankfully I didn't have to walk far to get home..
