I got there just as the police where covering most of the remains of the person. It was awful & shocking.
I'm sure that the timing/delay of the lights doesn't help anything as when approaching in the cycle lane you can have a green light for cyclists but often there is still traffic 'left over' from the previous green light for cars. So you can have a green light for cyclist that leads into moving traffic instead of a clear cycleway to cross the road. Not good.
