Selling my Mission Rambler backpack RRP £236, thinking of selling for about £120? It has one defect due to washing machine and that is photographed - needs a patch or a good sewer.

Carbon bars(non-sprinter drop) 42cm and 31.8 diameter. Never crashed, great condition. Not sure if they are compact, think so. I measured top of bars to underside of drops(so including hte bars) at 15cm, then without the bars I measured it at 11cm. I would say more of a road shape than a deep sprinter track bar shape. £20

My ex-messenger bag is for sale as I cant use anything over my shoulders anymore(injury related). I think it's the Delux model, which is the medium size. All perfect condition...and clean! There is a small burn which Ive photographed and some fading because I used to have a few patches on it.
It cost me around 260, so Im thinking maybe £60

SPD-SL cleats, brand new. Can probs give you extra bolts if I can find them. No idea what to charge here? £15?

A bit of both...but, if riders are not listening to the coaches "yelling" instructions or other riders, then there is little hope of them learning or improving :(

There is alot of conflicting information out there, if you are unsure, ask a coach - some of those guys have been racing and riding track a really long time and have a wealth of experience and formal training among them...same if you are unsure of another rider, then mention it to a coach...hopefully they can have a word?

If a string of riders yell "stay down" or "stay" or "riders coming", don't change your speed, don't change or deviate from your line, and don't swing up(esp without looking and confirming it is 100% clear). Stay exactly where you are at the same pace and wait for the string to overtake safely. Once you think they are all through, check its completely clear, signal, and then swing up.
