Hi everybody, the time has come to let go of my beloved Leader. I have been concentrating on road cycling and I just don't use this bike enough to justify keeping it. It deserves to be ridden more and I need to scrape together a deposit for a rented flat. I need a relatively quick sale too and thats why I won't be splitting it.
It's a size 53'' frame and carbon Alpina forks. Everything runs smoothly and is a joy to ride. (KMC chain and EAI Deluxe track cog). The gear is 16x48.
So the front wheel is the obligatory Aerospoke and on the rear is H Plus Son (with Halo hub). The bike also comes with a Shimano 105 break calliper attached.I have had the bike for about 5 years (in various carnations) but the important stuff mentioned above is all fairly new and in great condition (about two years old but I haven't ridden it for about 18 months). The frame is in good condition but there are some minor paint scuffs on the underside of the down tube but its really not major.
If you're interested in having a look I'm based in Holborn so feel free to get in touch and will be available to look at from Wednesday.I would like 350 pounds for the lot. I hope that's fair.
More pictures available upon request.
Thanks for looking. -

Read an article today about 'The Secret Pro". It's ghost written and re read by the rider and the editor. They're very protective about his identity as to not give away too much which might lead to legal action etc (Greg Henderson is in the process of being sued by Aru for defamation just as a point of reference).
They drop red herrings as to mislead readers and to an extent his fellow professionals. I think his take on the Giro was really interesting. I think he was referring more to Katusha more than anybody else, I'm thinking of the young Russian lad who won a stage and who's been popped before at under 19 level who's name escapes me.
Astana's strength was a bit "weird" when you hold it up to the recent allegations and the whole license dispute. A few of their riders looked really cheesed off at having to hold back for Aru on stage 19.
Throughout the Giro I also wanted to give Rigo Uran a massive cuddle.
I think the secret pro is Bernie Eisel for what it's worth.

Then we we have a delightful little Deda stem which is 90mm long.
We also have this Most seat post (31.6) which is practically new.
I've also these specialized shoes (size 43) for your consideration.Based in Central London. Get in touch if you're interested in anything and we'll sort something out.
I just want a tenner for each item. That includes the shoes.
