my only problem is that I've never really ridden fixed either, just was on the fence for a few years. did a nasty conversion job with limited resources and just haven't tried since. so seeing that i'm a bare bones beginner I really can't tell too specifically the shape of the bike, but hopefully he hasn't banged it up too badly since

I am actually going to go check that bike out soon... so he's selling it for cheaper, any idea why? I'm studying here temporarily and wanted something to ride but I dont really have the resources or time to put something together so I thought I would give it a shot. is it worth it? did you have problems with the chain or rear wheel? I just don't want to be duped over what looks like a good deal
everything looked fine, the chain's really slack but nothing a little adjusting couldn't fix. I was definately a fan, actually was really in to it and especially loved the blue splatter guards, but it's just out of my price range, especially for a temporary ride. any suggestions for picking up a real junker?
