Yes, it has 6 speed Shimano Tourney. Yes, it has cable-pull noname brakes. Yes, it's folding. Yes, it retails for 1700 Euro while being ugly as a sin. But what does it for me -- it's Ducati. THAT Ducati. You can go on their website and find it.

Hello there, came back for advice on fenders -- what are my best options? I was set on getting SKS Edge set, but it (like all other SKS sets) state that I need at least 15mm of space between tire and fender -- and I have at most 7 between tire and bridge, it is surprisingly low. Can I ignore SKS recommendations? Are there better (still under 50 Euro) sets for my case? Vertical hole on the bridge is something I've never seen before; other than that it has all the mounts you can expect -- couple of eyelets on the rear dropouts; eyelet near BB. Not concerned with fork too much -- there everything should fit just fine.

and @psg1ben, thanks. I don't know why how I avoided that my whole life, but you live and learn.

This one? Description looks a bit weird, it's not like I need porn blocked, but ads. If it blocks both, could live with that.

New? Who do you think I am, Jeff Bezos?
It's 90s Wheeler, as I said somewhere above, delivered from my friend in another city as a part of very complicated arrangement involving several bikes from different decades, some money, parts and Holdsworth musette bag.
I'm not in London, so situation with bike theft is not dire, so my plan is some decent (Abus or Kryptonite) but not top-of-the-line U-lock and maybe a wheel cable.
Good call on Carradice bags, they look absolutely awful and I'm sure to blend in with hobo population here and not attract much attention to it. I assume they are absolutely bombproof and really though-out?
@AroogahLomo bag
These look pretty good for a price, wish I could buy them here and not import from UK.

€100 locally, damn, retailers are out of their mind.

Need advice from people more familiar with ios browsers and apps. Got my hands on Ipad Pro for really good price to replace my dying Tab S3, and aside from worse screen and sound, it's been not that bad. Except for internet cancer known as ads. I use Firefox on all my devices to sync tabs and logins and all of them running adblock, of course. What are my ad-free browsing options on ios? I am even fine with changing browser until that one EU regulation about 3rd party browsers and app stores goes into full effect.

I might regret it later, that's true. But I'm not doing big shopping runs anyway, so that's that.
I have nothing against panniers, but cost of bags and racks is bit too high for something I might not end up using — still not sure I like cycling to store and constantly worrying about bike being stolen while I'm trying to find hot sauce they moved AGAIN for some reason. -
Talk bike grocery runs to me.
Never had any kind of racks or baskets or bags on my bikes, small handlebar bag with allen keys and pump tops.
Now I'm waiting for a sort of city bike to be delivered, and it has all sorts of mounts on fork and frame (well, maybe not all sorts, it's no hipster touring wank-bike, but humble Wheeler from 90s) and it got me thinking about going to stores with it.
What I want is (I think?) a front rack — like the way they look — and basket. Panniers seem like too much of a commitment, I'm fine to just chucking a shopper bag or two into basket and riding home.
Are this rack (basil something or other) and Ikea steel basket seem like a reasonable solution? What else can I need? Anything I should look for? Or maybe better options? I'll have a fork with dropout eyelet, mid-blade eyelet and canti mounts.
I'm in Europe, and this rack is on sale for €35, and basket is like 3, that's about my budget — around 50 euros all included. -

Oh, I wasn't expecting to find this thread, but can't say I'm surprised in the slightest. For exactly this issue and also very weird nuts on their hubs that always working themselves loose and mess up bearings and axles (don't know the details, but can dig up if somebody interested) they are known in local community as «Fucking Miche» or just «fucking ones» — everyone would understand you. It's not uncommon to see messages like «swapping a pair of fucking ones for a beer, crack included as usual» in chats.

Just a bit of a rant. Decided it's time to rebuild my main bike this weekend -- something is creaking in the BB area, chain is done for (chain checker is loose at 1.0 mark), I'm not happy with stock 2x setup, brakes more squeal than brake -- you know how it is with used bikes. Done everything I wanted, including routing rear brakes cable through the frame (not fun at all with a steel frame with no internal guides; had to use endoscope and prayers to do it) and cleaning hub bodies just to find out that PC-1130 chain I just bought is too short. 38T chainring, 40T biggest cog -- and it isn't long enough to just make a loop, let alone route it through RD. Serves me right for getting the cheapest chain online with no OEM box.
