I was recommended the 51 cm Roadmachine a couple of years ago. It's been a brilliant bike, but I've always wished the frame were larger. I wish I could get the saddle a little higher, but already run the seatpost at its minimum insertion. I also find the mile of seatpost sticking out a bit dorky. If you are looking to go down a size on something comparable, I'd love to talk.

WTB - Holdsworth Competition / Genesis Volare 853/931 / Modern Steel Road Frame. Rim Brake. 52/SMALL

Interested to know what this is really worth, there’s some pretty builds out there
It’s a medium but the reach is weirdly short if that’s something limiting you

Current iteration. I found a good price on a Columbus fork that came raw, so it needs paint and the frame is a candidate for a respray too.
I'm not sure about the silver components still. Would a different pop of colour work better? Maybe a blue?
If anyone wants the old fork (CAAD12), they are welcome to it. Disclaimer: I am worried there is a tiny crack in the steerer. Pm if you want photos. I would feel happy riding it with an epoxied aluminum insert made to fit snug instead of a compression plug, but don't have access to a lathe.
