I just bought this 2013 Evo HM a couple of months ago and have just finished the build. It will probably go through some changes in the next couple of weeks until I get the fit and feel down to what I like. So far so good. Though I feel like the wheels are dragging. I feel like the bike is being held back a bit

Almost done building up my CAAD9. I have the rest of the 11sp group but the 9sp is so good for now that o am going to hold off for a while longer
