I'm building on an old MTB Frame and am looking for....

26' rear wheel (for rim brake) + cassette hub to take a 10/11 speed cassette

Single Crankset (preferably Shimano as i've already got a bottom bracket)

Also could do with some pedals

A pizza/front rack

Not looking to spend loads, beater project, am open to different ideas

Need to make my bike carry loads of stuff and make it really comfy so looking for ortlieb or any other kind of 100percent waterproof panniers that are gonna carry a months load of stuff, a front rack, some moustashe handle bars, bungees ect.
All to put on to a dawes galaxy frame with 700c wheels. SAFE!

I'm potentially interested those panniers depending on if they are 100 percent waterproof and what capacity they carry, cheers

Going on a trip through eastern Europe for a month so i'm looking for a near complete. (A lotta gears, +racks, good/new/thick/puncture resistant tyres) I'm looking around the 200-300 mark but would spend more/less depending on what I'd have to spend on parts that I would need to add and work I would need to put in.
