I am looking for a decent steel tourer (full bike or frame). I am 6'6" though so it needs to be large. Something like an old Dawes Galaxy? Anyone have anything lying about?

Don't have a huge budget so a frame that needs some time to build up might be best option.

I am looking for some swept back handlebars. I am building up a bike for my Dad to get a bit of exercise on but his back is a bit dodge so I am looking for handlebars that will help his posture when riding.

The bull horns on the frame at the moment aren't doing much good!
