Just to let you guys know, the latest with Hammersmith Bridge is that you have to disembark and wheel your bike across.
Security do enforce the rule, sadly. Although it may change, I have ridden over in the recent past.
Will have to see closer to the time. -
Guttering and run off could cause damp issues potentially, a small soak away wouldn't be too much work and very beneficial imo.

Anything anthesis of America will be considered good, in those parts. There is lots of mis information/ conspiracies that are common place (fanned by social media platforms) that the general publics opinions and version of the facts is mostly warped and muddied.
Also large post colonialism mistrust of western nations.

Seeing quite a few sur-ron high power e bikes scrambler type things around.
Very quick and most are not road registered, only a matter of time before the police have a purge, and it'll be a expensive one they are several grand a piece. -
Makes sense. More sensible option Might sell 50% (or less) and look to rebuy later. Not trying to call the bottom but if I can buy at 10% discount it'll be worth doing.

I've been reading alot stuff about valuations and inflation aswell other various potential signs.
Some very well known grand names who have historically good investing track records (buffet et al) all seem to agree.
Even so still very difficult move to pull off. Timing the market had always been a notoriously difficult task. -

I'm thinking of shifting pension into cash with plan to rebuy index funds at a better price bit later in year.
Bit risky... but I should have started my pension earlier, and could do with potential boost. -

coach and horse Kew Green holds special lfgss significance as the start of the bridges rides over the years. -
