I would do a if <today formula to help me get there but there are 3 entities submitting bits by a due date, if overdue the due date is red, if received from all the due date is grey so i need to count the days when it is red if that makes sense? May be worth having a look at coming in from the other side tbf

Hi all - trying formulate based on colour of cells (which themselves are conditionally formatted), any ideas? i.e list of tasks, when they are overdue formatted red and I want to be able to then pull the number of days overdue to charge client.
I've run =GET.CELL(38, cell) which returns numbers for a couple of colours, but seems to get confused with the conditional formatting. Had a bit of a dig online but cant seem to find anything that helpful.
Any help greatly appreciated!

I was in the home end for the Oxford game, 8 year old me in absolute bits when that winner went in. Dark years down there (as you well know!), glad things seem a bit more rosy for both now - never quite understood the anti orient sentiment that emerged amongst ST holders when we ended up in the same league again years later. Apparently Orient celebrated us going down, suspect it may have been them going up...

Thanks all - yeah mid terrace and inhabited until recently so interested to see what state its in, has double glazing which is a start. seems to be anything that needs work is cash buyers only/EAs are forcing them through over mortgagees. Demand is crazy at the moment for whatever reason; we went and saw a 2 bed needing work near Forest Gate at a 'reasonable' OIEO 415k and owner had 30 viewing within 48 hours of it going online and was sold within 72 - impossible to keep up!
@BobbyBriggs that is kind, would be keen to pick your brains if we got it!

Yeah we're super keen on location etc and we know what we want to do with the place, its one of those old terraces loads of comparable stuff which is reassuring.
At the moment the listing has one single photo of the outside and a floorplan so just wary of missing something major with the inevitable property development wankers circling (comes PP for loft/party wall/extension). -

Trying to pull data from various bookies on an ongoing basis - any ideas on how best to do so for specific game odds? Match odds are fine through power query as 'upcoming matches' will update when refreshed, but im struggling to work out specific game odds without it being super labour intensive. ie I can pull down all the match specific odds for, say, spurs v west ham, but after that match that query is useless. Any ideas? thanks
Strava is great for this if you want to retrace steps/plan future routes. pretty sure its a premium feature mind...
