Google My Business support.
8 months at my new address and I am still waiting for these people to transfer my (almost exclusively 5*) feedback from the old listing to the new. In theory I should be able to do this myself but their help section is such a complicated mess it’s near impossible to navigate and their fixation on sending verification documents to the old address, ignoring emails or answering them with stock irrelevant info is creating a tangled loop of dispair. As it stands my old listing has disappeared so I can’t even add a hyperlink to my new info. I suspect it’s lost forever which is a disaster because I have less capacity than before and need to appeal to the more discerning customer. -

Years ago we used to let the neighbours cat have the run of our house. In actual fact I think it was him allowing us to live there, but I guess you get my drift. He was no scaredy-puss and we would hear him defend his patch next door from interlopers when necessary - not that we had any other mogs in our place. One day he started his daily summer round by strolling in through the patio door, doing a few leg circuits, head butts and receiving lap cuddles while we sat on the sofa. Then it was off up the stairs for a leisurely stroll around and a couple of hours on a warm sunlit bed. Not today though. As soon as he reached the landing he was back down the stairs and outside like a bullet. We had to investigate so with trepidation went upstairs to see if there was maybe a rabid dog or wild boar making itself at home. Nope: Peering out from the edge of the bath were two big yellow eyes......glued to a green novelty octopus-shaped sponge.
