Thank you to the guy who stopped at Vauxhall underpass to help me get my chain back on. As it happens it broke 3 times on my ride home until I went limped to Seabass in Camberwell who fitted a new one. You saved me a good chunk of time though, and your assistance was very much appreciated.

Almost decided against it today as I was feeling pretty shattered but glad I didn't, sunshine is lovely. Took a nice easy pace Camberwell through to Pimlico.

Gears aren't quite right, but it's nice to have them back.

Still had to win the sprint stage Oval to Vauxhall.

Thoroughly soaked this morning. Left at 9 am. Soaked by the time I got in to Soho. Shorts are my preferred option in the rain though, just hoping everything will dry by the time I have to go home
