Just got mine set up with flat bars for a bit of fun over winter - still putting a grin on my face.

I've been using mine for about 6 months now with no problems at all. There's clearance for 25s in there, but anything bigger than that might be pushing it.

Just put one together at work yesterday and took it for a quick test ride - bloody impressed! Definitely a lot of bike for the money, and better finished than some of the more expensive Marins out there.

I'm surprised to learn about the weight too - I could've sworn the listing on Wiggle said carbon/alu! I'm tempted to swap out for something as a preventative/lightening measure now.

Mine seems to be problem-free right now. There's a bloody annoying click coming from somewhere - but after swapping the BB out, it appears to be the pedals (don't get Genetic Track pedals).

I would probably go towards a 58 if I were you. The 56 is spot-on for me at 5'10, so I'd imagine you'd have a lot more seatpost out if you were on the same.
I've tweaked my cockpit a little bit since getting it (Thomson inline post, shorter Thomson stem, Deda RHM01 bars) just to suit my riding style, but being a bit taller than me, you'll probably get on with the stock reach too.

I think so. It's the Aliante R5 that comes on the Eastway Esaki T1. Bloody comfy saddle, but the green guards that come stock on it don't match anything!

As the title says. I'm trying to get my Esaki into HHSB territory and those bright green guards just don't do it for me.
