I'm by no means certain it'll be a success. The league perceives that this is an easy aspect of fan dissatisfaction to fix (despite saying it for nearly a decade), rather than inaccessibly priced tickets or organised criminal boss owners. Combine that with the fact that the FA is keen to grow the game in 'Murica (where there is a perception that football is soft because of diving), and it's not surprising that the league is taking drastic (rule changing) action.

Worth pointing out again: impeachment does not mean he'll be automatically removed from office. Impeachment, then legislative vote to convict, then vote to remove from office. It's not going to happen.

I think it's a standard android feature. Typically found in the security/lock screen directory. Info has to be entered in manually, although I seem to recall an older device that offered to display user info automatically on the lock screen.

In android 7.1, click on the settings wheel next to 'Screen Lock' (under Security in Settings).
